Fundraising

The CUDA Orchestra Booster Club is a non-profit organization that helps support the activities of the Coral Reef Orchestra. Thank you to all of our parents who volunteer time and money to chaperon events, such as state competitions, remote concerts and charitable events. In order for our children to participate in these events, the booster helps to raise funds to pay for support services such as buses and instruments. Because we are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, donations are tax deductible.

Fall Program Ads

Program Ad Information

The Fall Concert is November 7, 2017. We need ads to be placed in the fall program. Here is some general information:
  • Businesses that placed their ads in the Fall Program will have the same ad (unless they want it changed) in the Spring Program.
  • Students who place a business ad in the program will get 1/2 of the ad cost added to his/her escrow account to pay for things such as the end-of-the-year banquet (May 11).
  • Please make sure that you fill out the Fall Ad form in detail and return it to the orchestra room with CASH or MONEY ORDER and the art work for the ad. You can also mail the ad application to the CUDA Orchestra Booster Club, PO Box 566113, Miami, FL 33256-6113.
  • Special note: we will accept PDF documents for the ad. However, please note that we will be converting the PDF format to JPEG for the program software that we use. There is a slight reduction in quality in the conversion. If you have JPEG format ads, there will be no conversion.
  • DEADLINE: We need ads to be submitted by October 20, 2017.
